"I received the wrong order initially, with jalapeños instead of green chilies and missing garlic sauce which I had paid extra for. After refusing to remove the toppings myself, they offered to replace it, but the staff member was rude and insisted I return the original order. The delivery driver arrived 45 minutes later, with a bad attitude, and finally gave me the correct order. However, upon opening it, I found a fruit fly and excessive amounts of green chilies deliberately added. I hope this isn't a franchise, as word of mouth spreads quickly and there are many other great places to eat. Making mistakes with orders should not result in additional punishment and a surplus of chilies. Come on, it's the internet age, not the 90s!"
