"From the outset things weren’t good. They had no booking for us, said we shouldn’t have been able to book online. The restaurant was for guest in the hotel only. They did eventually give us a table. Nice table at the window. From then on we were made to feel we were an inconvenience. Especially by the gentleman in charge of the dining room, which was completely empty. Two menus given which weren’t explained, one was set, and no prices. Food taste was good and presentation nice but unfortunately cold. At this point we just wanted to finish and leave. Maybe if you are a guest in the hotel they will put more effort in. Very dissatisfied and will not be rushing back."
