"we booked last minute and there was a lot of us. It was one of the busiest Christmas nights of the party season. Generous portions of food. Wine inexpensive. Great place to spend with a lot of friends that don't want to leave with a huge bill. Friendly staff went out their way to serve"

"Very disappointing I was retching at the strong smell of the anchovies in my Caesar salad . The signature burger the rolls were falling apart as if they had been frozen for a while and compared to the restaurant my husband and I were in a fortnight ago the burgers were of a value range quality. I had been to a party night in the hotel where the food was really good but not now"

"Lovely location and lovely relaxing décor enjoyed a really relaxing lunch meeting up with two family members allowed us to chat and totally relax after a bustling busy morning. Lovely choice of menu very friendly staff. Only negative was coffees not hot enough for our liking but a request for a pot of hot water arrived very quickly and we had our lovely hot coffees just as we like them so well done. Our family is spread out so when we can we do meet in Inverness being central for everyone to travel too so this venue will definitely be our choice in future to meet for lunch or for coffee and cakes because it is so relaxing and comforting which will certainly set us up for our journeys home."
