"The prices are great and the portions are huge at this restaurant! Two people can easily share a meal. However, I ordered the halibut this time and it was extremely dry. It was even worse than the cod I had last time."

"Eating vegan fish and chips is always a rare treat, and I appreciate that this restaurant offers a clearly labeled option. The chips were tasty, as was the batter on the "fish" (both cooked in vegetable oil). However, I was disappointed by the lack of banana blossom in the fish and the overwhelming presence of yellow pepper. Personally, yellow pepper does not taste like or have the texture of fish to me. The concoction of banana blossom and yellow pepper wrapped in seaweed lacked a fishy flavor, with the overpowering taste of pepper. I probably wouldn't return to this restaurant on my own, but it could be a suitable option if you're dining in a group and aren't particular about vegan fish alternatives."

"It is hard to put into words how wonderful this restaurant is. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, with friendly staff. The menu is fantastic, offering a high-quality twist on traditional fish and chips. Don't be put off by the term "fish and chip shop" - the starters, salads, and sides are all made with fresh, top-notch ingredients and are very reasonably priced. The food here is truly outstanding. I will never look at mushy peas the same way again. Bring your friends here for a delightful culinary experience. And, as a bonus, the toilets are great too."
