"We have actually had enough of the restaurant in Eastbourne and, clearly so have others. The food delivered by Deliveroo was cold, pale as opposed to crispy and golden, and tasteless. The quality of fish was poor, with too much fatty batter and chips, not...chunky, but skinny and fatty too, with no colour. I went into restaurant and they would not permit the food to be refunded; I went to Deliveroo, and they told me to go back to restaurant. The staff could not decide who’s responsible for this mistake! I don’t think ‘ Harry ‘ if he knew of this franchise, would ever have wanted his product to be sold in this way, so shoddily, by people serving who don’t know good quality fish and chips. Never again."
