"The presentation and packaging of the food is excellent, probably one of the best I’ve seen. However the quality and taste of the food is very bad not authentic at all. I ordered the fish madras and fish masala. The fish madras tasted very tomatoey like they just poured a whole tin of tomatoes with no spice or flavour, tasted more like a stew. The fish masala was basically like eating a desert, basically a ton of sugar and thick creamy coconut. I think they cater to a certain type of demographic"

"Was in town last night and needed a nice eat-in indian restaurant nearby so I looked up reviews and popped in here. Was very pleasantly surprised with the food, ambience and friendliness of this place. It was also very clean and tidy. Not overly expensive either. Would certainly go again. Parking: it was okay. "We were a party of five and booked a table for dinner 20.00 hours. As usual,on arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our pre-laid table. I ordered poppadoms for my starters followed by chicken Naga with a mushroom bharji and a pilau rice as side dishes. One of the best things about this place is that no matter what you order, the dishes are served up looking and smelling wonderful and perfectly cooked and always good portions. We have been coming here now for many years and have never been served up with a poor dish. We hope the place never changes and shall certainly returun again in the near future."

"So we ordered our food delivered , delivery driver was friendly , even tiped him once we opened our food we realised no sauces with popadoms phoned them up to be told you have to pay separate for sauces , so we have popadoms that we paid £2.40 for with no sauces at all, not told this at the time of ordering ...strange! Then we move onto the korma , it was lumpy with massive flakes of coconut, not nice at all, we have ordered from here before and it was not like this before , phoned them up and asked them to come and collect the food and give us a refund we have not touched this food at all! They were not very helpful and refused to give a refund, or even acknowledge that the food wasn’t right , kept saying there was nothing they can do , do not waste your money , we have now thrown it all in the bin and had to cook something , next time we will take the drive down to the cumin club in Rochester as much better food , service is better and not as over priced!"

"Abysmal, all the recent negative reviews on Google about this restaurant are accurate. Unfortunately I read them after I placed my order. There were 3 or 4 missing items yet they had the audacity to put a box of egg rice (like sand) and write “free egg rice on the house” what a joke. Th food which included a set meal of many items was sent out too early, was not fresh, all tasted of low quality. The worst thing of all was the lazy delivery driver who called my mobile struggling ' to find my house, the whole time he was sat in the car, and my husband ended up out for more than 5 minutes when he returned he said he was the one who had to open the driver 's passenger door and take the food himself. Staff could all do with a lesson or 2 on customer service. DO NOT ORDER from this restaurant."

"I made an order which had 3 curry’s one curry container was ok and filled up the other 2 curry containers was less then half filled. Uber eats told me to contact them. I have rang them asking why? His reply was larger containers and some curry’s are less sauce??? As you can see by my photos the difference between the portions of curry’s. Customer service is appalling. I work in the restaurant industry and would never talk to a customer the way I was spoken to. Definitely won’t be ordering from there again my mistake as there are plenty of other Indian take away max and I stupidly chose this one. Not even an apology or anything."

"in brsintree over 6 years or quite often. out of any reason was never here to eat, although I love a good Indian meal, perhaps csuse my two teenage kids taste buds have changed to Indian food. first time Saturday 4 feb 2017. good decor, great service, there were three of us, we shared 4 appetizers, and had about 12 cheerful main and side. all the dishes were hot, excellent aromen, generous sizes and all meat dishes especially huhn was excellent quality meat well cooked a damp not dry. my personal highlights were king prawn puri starter and chilli chicken tikka massala. prices may be medium to slightly high, but they pay for quality, and I was more than happy to do this. we will certainly go back."

"The food is good but what's the point when it often doesn't turn up? Once could be a mistake, twice I'm starting to look for somewhere else and by the third time that I'm sat like a lemon waiting for a delivery I've decided I've had it with this place. "The wife and I ordered several dishes but one that cost nearly nine pound had only some noodles and a bit of chicken in it. I contacted the restaurant to complain and the manager was most unhelpful borderline aggressive and said to contact Deliveroo as they could not help. I suggested that Deliveroo were probably not responsible for the quality size of food leaving their kitchen but the manager was not having it and hung up on me. Please see the photo if you want to pay £9 for this dish"
