"We had had a nice lunch not long ago at the sister restaurant in Chelsea so wanted to try out this branch. What a disappointment. A friendly waitress took our order but things deteriorated after that. My husband and I both ordered mezze and mains. Imagine our surprise when the waiter appeared with my husband's mezze in one hand and his main in the other. Then followed with mine. We sent the mains back while we ate the mezze. Then later when my husband's main arrived I had to wait quite a while for mine. Given that the restaurant wasn't at all busy we were surprised by this level of service. We even had to ask several times for some water. The food was OK but we won't be returning which is a shame as it is in a very convenient location."
