"the decoration of the dolci caffes is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the service was inconspicuous despite the very pleasant and friendly staff and the best. we waited 35 minutes before drinks and eating arrived. from the three meal times they remembered only two. After I had paid and the prices are quite high, which is understandable as it is london, I realized that I had been overloaded. the staff seemed to try their best, but they were just too busy with dirty pots all over the counter. Unfortunately, due to the very long waiting period we had no pleasant experience and the mixing with the eating plus at the end. as a shame as it is a beautiful place."
