"We have been guests for a couple of times, but this visit was just disappointing. No attentive waiters, food took really long. Once we asked when the next dish would be served and the answer was “the two kitchen are not communicating with each other so he doesn’t know”. When we left I expressed my disappointment with the manager and he thanked me for the feedback. No apologies or any other reaction. No sense for the non existing experience they just created for a regular guest. We won’t come back."

"eating is good. the service was friendly and they were good to make a photo. on the website, however, they advertise a 3 tapas deal for 12.50 we came to see a sign outside 3 tapas deal for 14.50, I was not amused. the waitress then apparently had no warning about the deal and went to check. offer for 14.50 good, I notice that the deal was online in the choice anyway. we order, generally enjoy eating and get the bill. the deal was not taken into account. the waiter says we should have let the waitress know. that upset me when I'm pretty sure she asked him to. there was only approx. 5.75 and had to choose 2 dishes from the sections. I have already recommended this restaurant on another page, but this experience has upset me. they need to change their website and educate their personal."

"Went to Fuego last night, one of our favourite haunts and it wasn’t great. Sat at the bar with my wife and daughter and it took 20 minutes to get a drink 20 minutes. We very nearly walked out. Starters were fine but our main order arrived sporadically, broccoli first, 3 mins later a couple more plates and 5 mins later the patatas bravos ridiculous. 3 people and £170 we spent less at the Ivy last week, where the service was fantastic and we had a memorable meal. Used to love Fuego but won’t be rushing back, if ever. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"The staff were extraordinarily courteous and helpful. We were a little late due to traffic problems, and squeezing our meal into the gap before a theatre production. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent and we had the perfect experience before leaving with plenty of time for our show."

"First visit and certainly won’t be the last .. great ambience , lively without being loud. We sat at the bar which with it being our first visit we had minor concern over, we needn’t have worried) We ordered cheese, charcuterie and some small plates, all of the highest quality product . Guy behind the bar was amazing, never flustered and excellent wine recommendations. A real gem of a place !!"

"This restaurant was conveniently located right next to our hotel, making it a convenient choice for our last night in London. Our evening exceeded my expectations thanks to a recommendation to visit this cozy English pub around the corner. We enjoyed mixed green salads, small tapas-style lamb skewers, fresh bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. I paired my meal with a pale ale and finished with an Espresso Martini. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our server, Jagoda (which means blueberries!), was delightful. The prices were reasonable and the tables even had real candelabras. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend stopping by."

"This restaurant offers a variety of options at an affordable price. It may not be exceptional, but it is suitable for a decent meal that will satisfy everyone. The atmosphere and quality are similar to that of their owners, Tesco."

"We had read reviews of La Casa and were not disappointed. The food was lovely, authentic and very tasty, portions generous- we had a mix of vegetarian and meat Mezze, and the lamb cops with rosemary potatoes, orange cake and crema catalana for dessert. Service was friendly and swift. Recommend booking ahead, especially during festival season."

"I am a frequent diner in Putney and have tried many restaurants in the area, as I have been a resident for several years. Today, I stumbled upon Dynamo for the first time and decided to give it a try when I saw a table outside in the sun (which was a great sign of its popularity). I must say, the service was excellent and the food came out very quickly, which is a huge plus for me. The meals were also incredibly delicious and I was impressed by the menu selection. I will definitely be back, thanks Dynamo!"

"Friendly staff and a vast menu with a great selection of nibbles and main meals. It is inexpensive and a great place to grab a bite to eat or a quick glass of wine. The staff are friendly and attentive and service was very quick! It’s part of the Fenwicks food court, which also has a number of deli’s with fresh food."

""The restaurant has a stylish atmosphere and is located in a great area. The staff were attentive and friendly. While the menu is somewhat limited, it offers a few unique dishes that are adequate. I found that the food could have been served hotter, but that’s just my personal preference. One downside was that the main course arrived at the same time as the starter. Additionally, my coffee was lukewarm. The prices are on the higher side, but they are likely typical for central London.""
