If u want a pizza or pasta, its hard for it to go wrong but If u want lamb cutlets, be prepared for rubbery pieces of stewed lamb et al swimming in a thick sauce/soup despite being on the menu, nobody in the kitchen or front of house knew what a lamb cutlet looked like, not to mention the anaemic steamed or microwaved sword fish. Only positive was the barolo wine. God help anyone with dietary restrictions/preferences/allergies or anyone who is used to good quality food paying £7 for veg £6 for potato are extortionate extras. No Wonder all the authentic Italian family restaurants are few far between."

"Upon placing my delivery order over the phone, the food arrived promptly. During the phone order, the representative confirmed our postcode twice, which was accurate. However, the delivery driver's conduct was unpleasant. Despite having lived at the same address for years, he insisted that the postcode given was incorrect and struggled to understand my directions. The driver then proceeded to speak on the phone with the manager or someone else without saying goodbye while driving around for several minutes trying to search for our address. In the past, I have never had any problems with courier services or food delivery. Although the food was quite enjoyable, I am uncertain if I will order from this restaurant again. After reading other reviews, it appears that the owner is disregarding the comments and merely reiterating the benefits of online ordering and savings to all of the customers, which is surprising."

In summary, my overall rating for the restaurant is 3 out of 5 stars. I enjoyed the pizza, but the issues with the frozen and reheated items significantly affected my dining experience. "Eat is good. I ordered 2 butter rolls and 2 sausages because the children wanted, the delivery had only one butter roll. I called the last to let them know and got a very rude man who ended on the other, he said it could be an hour until I get it to them, and I said it wasn't use because the child sausage would be cold and he said it was just a roll, no big thing, the ignorant sod was fast enough to load me for the butter roll. in any case, the chippy would not use again simply because of the setting this guy"

"Visited to pick up a snack. Decided on sausage rolls. Left the premises and started to eat straight away. What a poor excuse for a sausage roll. Filling was pretty much non existent. Pastry just fell off nice the first bite taken. Not cheap compared to Greggs so returned to shop within minutes. Spoke to the lady who served me; she looked completely blank when I explained this was the worst sausage roll I had ever eaten. She said she would bring my feedback up with her manager. She reluctantly went to speak with manager who came to the shop front. Again explained what my complaints were. She did not apologise but said the sausage rolls come from a supplier and a they just cook them in store. I suggested a refund. She asked for a receipt which I explained I paid cash and was not offered a receipt. Eventually after I suggested she looked on the till roll as they had only served a couple of people she relented and gave me a refund."

"Ordered some food and when it arrived the order was totally wrong, phoned up and the owner told me to just deal with it as what we had been given instead was more expensive than what was originally ordered. I told him that wasn’t the point and that I was allergic to what the so called replacement was. Ordered chips and received a double cheeseburger drowned in mayo instead, pizza also was totally wrong toppings and the owner continuously said there’s nothing they can do about it. Also the food that was sent, was stone cold."

"Having been a customer for the last 20 years I have to say how disappointing it is that I have to write this review. Considering we are in a cost of living crisis as are the restaurant's that serve us, I still find it hard to accept a meal (chicken kebab) can cost £10. This is where my problem is with this review. If you charge a premium price for food then you have to make sure it is good. Chicken kebab salad and a couple of sauces with a small tip almost £20. The chicken was not hot so resulted in it being very dry, the garlic sauce was nothing short of terrible. The worst thing is me and my partner took a chance tonight rather than getting a Chinese or Indian and guess what..... The difference is a million miles away.... Only OK for pizza.... "The service was good and the staff were friendly. We had made a reservation for 6pm and were served promptly. We brought along our two young children who were excited to color, but unfortunately there were no pens available despite the restaurant not being too busy. It may be a good idea for the restaurant to have more pens in stock. The food was very enjoyable with generous portion sizes, although the onion rings were a bit bland. Towards the middle of our meal, a large group was seated behind us and they were quite loud, making it difficult for us to have a conversation at our own table. This disrupted the atmosphere for us. Overall, I would still recommend this restaurant and would be willing to visit again."

"Having booked a table for 3 a week before during the government eat out scheme, we arrived at the restaurant sharp 6.30 pm as per the booking. We were asked to wait outside and it had started raining.I was asked for the name and booking details. The staff brought the book and could not find our booking so went to ask the owner. The owner came with the book and told us someone called and cancelled our booking and she could not do anything about it. We tried to say why would we do that and she was not willing to listen. The restaurant may have cheekily cancelled our booking if they had shortage of tables. Never again shall we go there. Worst customer service.."

"The food tasted like cardboard and oil so saying this was terrible would be putting it nicely! When it comes to the staff/service I don't even know where to begin. After we received our food we sat down and started eating it, like anyone would do...We were then very abruptly/bluntly told to leave as they were closing. The men working there were very inpatient and came right up to us trying to shoo us out of the shop. After we asked for a few minutes to finish eating our food we were told to p off by the staff. Ok my sister threw a few chips on the floor and just before we left made a bit of a mess with her food but in my opinion that's the least they deserved! The staff at Chicken Stop need to realise they're doing no good in this job and need to reconsider working in a customer service role."

"There isn’t really anything “wow” to say about Buon Gusto, other than everything was simply, ok.The food was ok. The service was ok and the interior decor was just…ok.My expectations may have been set a little too high, but at least I now know that it wouldn’t be worth the 45 minute (each way) drive for “ok” food.The restaurant is close to a multi-storey car park which makes parking a little easier. And I’m not entirely sure if the entrance is pram or wheelchair friendly, so this would be worth checking before booking as there are 3 or 4 steps which are quite steep."

"The restaurant building appears clean, well-organized, and spacious at first glance. However, the prices are high and the drink prices are exorbitant. We ordered two Pepsi drinks from the bar, which cost 6 pounds each. Surprisingly, the drinks tasted like soda water. The waitress explained that it was due to the bottom of the case and offered to change them if they were still unsatisfactory. Despite the replacement, the drinks remained bland. Unfortunately, the waitress did not return after we expressed our dissatisfaction. The food portions were generous, but some dishes were lukewarm and others were dry and solid, likely due to our early booking at 5:00 pm. Many of the dishes were overly salty and lacked adequate seasoning. Overall, the experience at Bournemouth Days restaurant was disappointing, especially considering the expensive 48-pound meal. I do not plan on returning in the future."
