"I was given the wrong breakfast and then the owner moaned about it behind the counter saying how “I should be more clear when ordering”. Parts of my breakfast were missing (sausage) and then I was charged an extra £1.40 for the egg that I wanted as a replacement for bacon. This is not the first time that they have moaned and made me feel like bad. Terrible customer service. A simple smile ‘sorry we’ll get this sorted’ would have been nice but instead you get made to feel like your a bad customer and your repaid by being over charged. The waitress, on the other hand was lovely. She apologised saying that the chef had got confused and corrected it straight away."
