"Oneself went to this restaurant for a business meal, granted the atmosphere and beverages were nice to an extent, the overall heat of the restaurant was overwhelming, as such myself and friends had to consistently go outside to cool down. Alongside this the cooking of the food was horrendous. 5 of the 11 steaks we ordered were undercooked. Mine for example, i asked for medium rare and it comes out blue. As an avid steak fan i can categorically state that the food was undercooked. I did indeed ask for a re-fire and when it was returned to me it had not been done, this was after a 20 minute wait as well. For the price i am paying i expect quality, not simple fast food. Lastly was the extortionate service charge. Why should this be expected??? The service was quick and brief, definitely not worth paying for. If i wanted to tip i would, but i should not be expected too."
