"The burgers were amazing as always, however, service was disgraceful. Tables were not clean outside, staff member looked like he just woke up and the shift runner even did not know that Burger Joint does discount for students. In the end, I was told I could get a discount of 8% which I was confused about but could not be bothered to argue as I just wanted to leave the place where I was not made welcome. If I go back I would probably go to the North Street restaurant as despite being grumpy at least staff knows what they are doing there."
