"Very disappointed with this place. The service was very slow and all over the place. They looked massively understaffed with only 3 waitresses serving the room from what I could see. That said, the waitress we had was very good but was never going to be able to provide the service you’d expect with a restaurant so busy. One of the main courses arrived 10 minutes after the others (which had to be chased), and they missed part of the order as well which we had to remind them off. Worst of all was the steak tartare. It’s a dish I love and often select this when eating out. I have to say that this was just the worst ever a pile of mush with an awful texture and tasted just as bad. It was as though they had put this in a blender and left it for a few days. I actually started feeling ill a few hours afterwards and didn’t feel right until the following day."

"Myself and partner frequented this restaurant regularly, it was our favourite restaurants in the area. On this visit however the menu has changed (I know this is normal for restaurant, but there is a taste change in the quality of the food) or the chef has changed as there is a noticeable difference in the quality and taste the food... Don’t get me wrong, it was nice, but not the normal high standards great taste we have come to expect at the greedy goose."

"We visited the Greedy Goose for our wedding anniversary. It was quiet being midweek, but it was still a cosy atmosphere . Food was excellent, with a range of dishes. Wine list was varied and extensive. Service was also excellent. Definitely one for special occasions, but well worth it"
