"Had booked a birthday bottomless almost 3 weeks ago and had specified a garden reservation. When we arrived we were informed that a big party were occupying the garden and we instead would have to stay in the main dining room. The ambience was terrible including the music and it wasn’t appropriate for a bottomless (families out for breakfast, elderly people etc). The waitress did not know we had even made a bottomless booking when she came to take our drinks orders. When we asked to move away from the very awkward and quiet corner we were sitting in we were told that all other tables were booked, not one of these parties arrived during our time of being there. Having been to Megan’s bottomless at multiple other venues I can confirm this was by far the worst experience and the worst bottomless experience ever had in London. Do not bother. We said to the waitress upon arriving that we were not sure if we would even stay and there was no effort made to apologise for what had happened. Even a courtesy email to say we could not have our original table would’ve been appreciated considering we had booked this and specified it was a BIRTHDAY event. The only thing that was good was the food but even then it came 10 minutes into our bottomless and we had to chase after the staff to get top ups at every occasion."
