"We have no conplains about the food or service but we did not like the fact that people; who were general shoppers could just wander around The Tea Room as they pleased. The table we were sat at felt like we were in a walk way of the shop and we had lots of shoppers mulling around and hitting the backs of our chairs as they passed with their bags. We fell there should be the one entrance to The Tea Room rather than two, with a member of staff stationed at the entrance to greet people who having a booking or are enquiry about a table. Our experience was ruined by all the passer buyers."
