"There was an incident where a group of people were slightly intoxicated. Security were called to escort them out. This was unpleasant to experience as we was out celebrating (birthday). The staff were very apologetic and no fault from their end however it was concerning that these group of guests were allowed in all at once, there were at least 11 of them, some using the bar space and the others spilt across 3 tables. They were loud and inconsiderate towards the other guests. I was hoping for a better ambiance. The staff still made us feel special by singing happy birthday and just being very nice but that incident did ruin our night. The food was lovely though."

"Next time someone is running late and has a reservation please clearly state that you are closed at a certain time, i came all the way afterwork and my friend came from Reading so we had not made a plan B as I was under the assumption my researvation was jotted down as a late reservation arrival and would be seated upon arrival. Was disappointed as we were looking forward to it"
