"Reservation was not implemented, service staff stated that we had been registered one day in advance. The table and bench were still dirty from the previous one, used coffee-to-go cups were on the buffet, supposedly clean plates at the buffet were smeared with Nutella. Service staff justified all of this with "You can see what was going on here, we just can't catch up with it that quickly. The highlight of the whole thing was that the lady felt unobserved while cleaning up and reached with her fingers into the container for nuts from which the guests usually help themselves with a spoon ... Unbelievable! For the price absolutely not recommended, we don't have breakfast there again"
