"I ordered two pizzas and chips and cheese and when the order arrived it was missing a pizza. When the shop was contacted about this I was told that the shop was closed and there was no delivery drivers left to deliver a new pizza. There was no attempt to send the missing pizza which was already paid for. The only attempt to sort the situation was by offering a pizza the next time I order, so I’d have to pay more to get the pizza that I already paid for. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again as the service is terrible."

"Not sure if this venue has changed hands but its definitely took a nose dive. Slow delivery, driver didnt have right change and we ended up out of pocket. Forgot some of our order too! Ordered a Margarita Pizza and ended up with Cheese n...bean Pizza! Why would you? It was awful. Chicken was dry and inedible. Shame as it's location is prime and very visible. "that was our third job and totally disappointed. it was a late evening, given 45 minutes for the delivery time. after 70 minutes they had to hunt, with the excuse they were “very busy” (everyone tried to call?j. 90 minutes later a poor extradition child was given. his ear bent; and the warm eating was not even the right meal. £20 in the bin .and I know they don't apologize. never again."

I called the restaurant after closing hours and they found my iPhone 12 and returned it to me the next day at 2:38 pm without charging me. "Ordered a large chicken tikka kebab with sauce separate at an extra cost from here and large chips and cheese got home to realise that there was no sauce and the chips were cold… I called to complain and he was so unhelpful and had a disagreement about it then eventually offered to give me my sauce which I paid for after speaking for ages in there own language but said I would need to come along for it and I said by the time I come all the way back along for the sauce my food will all be freezing and I want fresh chips they refused until I asked to speak to manager then he said bring all food back and we will replace it all so I did… I go all the way back along to get my fresh order and to return my food and explained that I was pregnant and can’t have the chicken reheated for them to then give me a donner wrap instead and reheated chips I got all the way home again to realise this and had to go all the way back for my refund! I wasted fuel there and back there and back again and they just looked at us and said it was another mistake shocking customer service and a ridiculous way to treat a pregnant woman"

"I’m not sure why there are bad reviews; I have no complaints. I ordered food for myself through Uber Eats this evening, and just before the estimated delivery time, my meal arrived hot and perfectly cooked. I was at the door before the driver knocked, and when I mentioned that everyone was asleep, he kindly said he wouldn’t knock but still tried to contact me via my mobile. The delivery driver was really friendly and chatty, even though he was from Uber. I had requested salad and mayo on my burger, and they were included. The chips could have been a bit better, but chips are usually hit or miss. Overall, I was quite satisfied!"

"I ordered kebabs for me and a friend last night. when they arrived, they were completely burned and the chips tasted. my friend called them to say they were burned and unusable, but halfway through the conversation they put on him....When he called back to ask for a refund, they said it was not their fault, it was burned and then they began to say that they were closing, so nothing they could do. they didn't even apologize and I paid for eating that we gave to the dog. I'm not fussy, but it was like coal. they must also improve on the salat side. it is missing and no chilis. I will never use this place again. they sent out terrible food and refused to return my money. the most expensive piece of dog food."

"I went to the restaurant and ordered a meal deal along with some additional items. Unfortunately, they were out of stock of the items I wanted. This should have been a red flag for me as the problems continued throughout the meal. The starter was overcooked and dry, the chips were overcooked, and the naan bread was burnt. Both the Peshawari and garlic naan were tasteless and had a powdery, salty texture. My dining companions and I were very disappointed and found the whole experience disgusting. I would not recommend Flame Tandoori to anyone. It was a long time since I had such a bad dining experience."
