"the website gave me the opportunity to book today at 9:30 am and was surprised to learn that the restaurant is opened at 10:00 am. has not received an apology from the personal. After sitting I asked about pancakes with no toppings, as my son likes his pancakes flat. the waiter gave us pancakes with strawberries and syrups on the side. when I said, I asked for clarity that his answer is not considered as a hit and has expired. I tried to fix the situation by removing the strawberries and cutting a piece for my 6 years old to try it. he didn't like the taste. when I told the waiter when I could have a new one, he argued that I should not cut the pancakes. he finally gave us a new one that my son enjoyed. overall, the service was not what we had expected at alto and I consider canceling my future reservation that I made later this week."
