"Disappointing. Maybe I chose a bad day but there were a lot of new staff who were struggling with the lunchtime crowd. Took a long while to order, the drinks turned up after the food did (after we chased), the side order arrived only after we had chased twice, the jug of tap water had to be asked for twice and the food was okay but not vey hot. To make matters worse, the entrance door is an automatic one and so every time anyone walked past the doors opened on what was a cold day and made the ambience non-existant and certainly not cosy. Perhaps I was expecting too much from the Gordon Ramsay badge but perhaps he should take his own Hells Kitchen show there and sort it out. In my experience, there are many better burger joints in the City."
