"I stopped by to meet my son for a drink after work, something I've done several times since moving to the area. I approached the bar and found myself the only one waiting. There were two women behind the bar who were engaged in conversation with each other. I waited patiently and browsed the wine board, but they never acknowledged me or made eye contact, nor did they inform me that they would be with me soon, as they seemed too busy. While I continued to wait, another man arrived at the bar, and they greeted him warmly. Feeling disappointed that my presence was overlooked, I decided to leave. Overall, the service and experience were very disappointing."
