"More staff than diners.Starters took ages to come and were cold.Sent back and were better on return.Main courses delicious.Due to such slow service and us being on a tight time schedule we didn't have dessert. Final straw was card machine not working so I went to get cash from ATM rather than risk a further delay having to go to main hotel reception to use a card"
