"Visited for brunch with 3 friends. Although our drinks orders were taken on seating, it was over half an hour before anyone took our food order and that was only when we called the waitress over. I then explained that I was on a gluten free diet and could I just have the bacon, eggs, beans and potatoes from the full English breakfast which was on the menu. The waitress went to ask the chef and was told that he couldn't cook anything different but could do anything on the menu gluten-free. I explained that I didn't want anything on gluten-free bread (I've been eating it for years and it's never great) and I wasnt asking for anything which wasnt actually on the menu, I just would like the full English but minus the bread and sausage. She did then agree but I was made to feel like I was being a nuisance. It then took 40 minutes for our food to arrive, over an hour since we'd sat down. Not even worth waiting for, bacon was rock hard. Will not be returning or recommending, wish we'd gone to Banners instead."
