"ordered a milkshake from them on Uber eats at 10.15pm tonight, with an estimated delivery time of half an hour. I'm working early in the morning and fancied a treat before I went to bed. the restaurant closes at 11 but it said it would arrive by then so I wasn't too worried. but every ten minutes that passed the estimated arrival time got longer. at 11 I tried to call but it rang out. at half 11 I was ready to go to bed, tried to call again. estimated time of arrival was now midnight. finally, at 10 past midnight, Uber eats just cancelled my order and refunded me without redberry ever actually contacting me themselves. awful service, shame because the food is always lovely but it's not worth the wait at all."

"Delicious ice cream, I just came for the Pistachio flavour as I had a craving for Pistachio. It was worth it, really nice and tasty ice cream, I tried kinder bueno as well but I wanted hazelnut in the first place and I was not disappointed. Tastes exactly the same in Italy meaning not too sweet but full of flavour. I'll be back next time I'm in Edinburgh.
