"Staff are very efficient and friendly. The place is tired, outdated seats are all stained. The staff are admirable, as being in this particular location customers can be demanding. In particular philippa (pip), Rebecca and Beth all smiled and were courteous in dealing with some particularly difficult customers. Hats off to them. Always a great experience in this store, best in the area."
