"Picked a burger chain as we were on a schedule. Had over an hour to order and eat. No problem? Well...at this place it seemed to be well beyond their abilities. The app wasn't working, so we ordered at the counter (we had to work...this out for ourselves). Simples: two burgers with a side of skinny fries. Over minutes later and we are still waiting! No, the restaurant was not busy. Now we are in a rush and the loaded' burger I received was most certainly NOT worth the wait. For this was a truely sad, overpriced effort. We asked for medium rare and got cooked to death. The manager knew they had not delivered a reasonable level of service so offered us a drink on the house. By this time we were so late we couldn't even drink them. Still, on the bright side, while we were waiting, we at least didn't have the drinks spilt all over us like one of the other poor diners at the table next to us. If you want burger buffoonery (without the laughs) this is the place to visit."
