"Hi Garry, We are indeed saving the best to last. Now try and back your lies up. To indulgence cafe and to those of you who have believed the disgusting lies regarding our visit to the cafe, please read this response and view our evidence below that proves the chef/owner Garry is telling complete and utter lies about us. He has not only told lies and made up a fraud story but he has also abused our privacy protection rights and has illegally included photos of a child. We all paid for our food and drinks apart from one member of our party who was served burnt and dry food. He did not eat his food and as you can see from the picture I have attached the meal which was inedible. We made a complaint to Diane who served us and first her response was defensive but then agreed the food was burnt. She told us we need to escalate our complaint to the chef. The chef came to our table but instead of listening to our complaint or even looking at the burnt food he tried to teach us a lesson on how food is meant to be cooked. This is not customer service at all! We all of course disagreed with Garry so decided we were not going to pay for the ONE burnt untouched full Scottish breakfast, I mean who would?? We then proceeded to make payment luckily via card! We have proof of all payments which are attached to this review. We also have the paper receipts printed by the staff! We are being called thieves and Garry is accusing us all of stealing his property. Garry told us we were going to get arrested and charged. Why would we be arrested and charged if the rest of us paid and we followed our consumer rights? This is absurd! We left the cafe and felt quite upset! To our shock we then started to receive notifications from our banking apps letting us know that Indulgence cafe have refunded us all for our payments!!! Initially we thought it was a gesture of good will from the cafe, however after seeing Garry's responses to one of my friends reviews I feel differently! Garry then proceeds to name and shame us which is a deformation of our character and the truth. He is a liar, fraudulent and our evidence and police investigation will prove this!! DO NOT VISIT THESE SELF EMPLOYED FRAUDSTERS!!"

"Many times I have driven to Cleethorpes for gluten-free curry sauce and today I wanted to do the same, then my wife found the jolly fritte with a variety of gluten-free items including curry sauce The store was easy to find and parking can be tricky, but I could park outside. The store was big and very clean... how very clean! The staff looked clean ...not worse than going to a grocery store and seeing someone who looks delicious! The owner Mr jolly ill to get him later really has the effort in this chippy and it shows the food .... I ordered 1 large gluten-free sausage 1 large gluten-free cod, gluten-free curry sauce and chips The chips were not bad .. Beautiful crisp outer and soft inner they did not drip with oil and beautiful and dry not on the box or paper... the only way that chips could be better if they were fried in my personal choice The sausage was a standard spray sausage not over cooked or dry and was decent The gluten-free cod A beautiful crunchy fish batter not too hard and not muddy, the fish was slightly broken and was perfect... nothing worse than fish in 4mm dough cake. The curry sauce A very delicious gluten-free curry sauce the viscosity was perfect and was not clumpy it was nice and smooth as the other Chippy I use in Cleethorpes. Even if you have no ceoliac disease or gluten intolerance PLEASE TRY THE GLUTEN FREE CURRY SAUCE!!!! The owner aka... Mr. JOLLY One can say that he put his heart in this place and it shows a very clean and well-equipped chippy that can hear the trouble in so that everyone can eat! Good attention to detail and he is proud of his work! This was the first time I count for the jolly fryer and first impressions, he is very welcoming and speaks to everyone... The negative I would have had my own guilt, which I asked for salt and vinegar and was not placed on the wonderful lady, may not have heard me total The food was hot, even after a 10-minute drive to a less busy place Mr jolly keep the good customer service and the pride you take is brilliant A solid 9 of 10 Will return and hopefully next time do a video food evaluation for my channel"
