I had the lamb and swan with chips. the chips had an amazing crunchy and soft inner texture, while the salat was not shy. everything from salted pickles and red cabbage, olive, chili, everything has blown my head. we also have Turkish/Egyptian tee, a really beautiful pot with mint and cardamom. that should really be on a list of hidden gemstones in york."
