"Arabesque is very convenient if attending the Hampstead Theatre only a couple of minutes walk away. The food was very tasty and excellent value for money. The service was good and the waitress was very helpful with explaining the menu. It was a bit cold in the restaurant though and people were waiting for their takeaways near our table which ruined the ambiance a bit. I could not fault the food/value but would not book for a night out but would definitely pop in for a quick bite if at the theatre again."

"A nice, family restaurant that produces normal Lebanese food. Nothing out of the ordinary but it was an enjoyable experience nonetheless and service was very good. It’s suitable for all the family kids too as there’s no alcohol and no shisha. The mezze selection was quite nice but I feel overpriced at £20 for the smallest plate and contains only the basic items (hummus, baba ghanoush, mutabbel, tabbouleh, wara inab, felafel and the strangest muhammara I’ve tasted in quite some time. Personally I didn’t like the look of the buffet (all hot items with a lot of meat and no mezze selection so I ordered a la carte instead. Buffet was £12.99 for adults, £6.99 for kids 5 10 I think and free for under 5’s. I’d definitely return but don’t expect anything really amazing here."

"We brought my father here for his 75th birthday and he had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waiter, Season, was attentive and took great care of us. We ordered a variety of mezze dishes, which was the perfect way to try a little bit of everything. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Highly recommended."

"Where do I start; went to heaven and came back! Hunted this place out online as a place to grab food before seeing a gig at the Utilita Arena The drinks were freshly squeezed fruit juices. Mango juice and carrot and orange made in front of you We got a lamb kofta, chicken shawarma and mixed grill. All 3 meals were superb. the flat breads were in constant supply and the sauces and veg on side delicious Will be coming back again when next in newcastle. "Meza is a busy restaurant. Meals are cooked to order in full view of the diners in the main room in the front. The kitchen is contemporary Lebanese, with a good selection of vegetarian options (including several bean dishes) in addition to delicious chicken and lamb variations. The red and white Lebanese house wine is delicious and cheap. The service is attentive and friendly. We first sat next to a very loud party in the back room, and the Meza team was happy to bring us to the front with a minimum of foot."

"I ate here after work in this week and could not be impressed anymore. the service was attentive to the correct wise and charming also. eating was the best libanese I had in london, especially the hiumi salad, which was really moorish and well dressed, in contrast to swimming in dressing. can not wait to come back with friends later in this summer"
