"I've past this Giraffe a few times in the past and especially in the morning, it's busy in the morning. When you book a table online it will give you two options; standard or top. I booked it standard but I was curious of the top option, so I've changed it and was happy with the result. Location is within 10min of Victoria station, venue has both in/or outdoor seating so option is there. It's not a super big venue but it seems that there are enough decent space between the tables. Service was ok, they were not a lot of people in the restaurant so not sure why it took longer to get our main when my main came, the visual appearance is nice but the chicken was lukewarm and borderline cold. Didn't complain cus I was not sure if the chicken was meant to be cold as the salad plate that I got, well it was cold. It's a nice restaurant and worth a visit. The while Giraffe set up reminds me a bit of Zizi."

"Nice food and ambience, food and drinks were served super quick. Was a perfect location for a late afternoon family meal. The big downside was the welcome we received which was downright rude. Hostess who met us couldnt have been more off putting. A real shame as the experience would have been a great one otherwise."

"Amazing Japanese food in grand central. Restaurant itself is quite small as we had to wait for a seat, and service was slightly slow due to there being a lot of customers. Food here was delicious. Ordered a bento box, chicken and prawn teriyaki, and ramen. The bento box was amazing, it was my first time trying sushi and I enjoyed it, will definitely be trying more again, it was fresh and there was a variety of things to try! The teriyaki was delicious, it was full of flavour and there was plenty of veg, it was all made freshly too. Despite it being busy the staff were very friendly and did check up on us so service was good. Will definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu!"

"When I arrived I was greeted by a member of the staff telling me that they weren’t taken any more booking without even asking if I had booked a table, we were then giving 2 separate booth’s even though our party was six and four of those were children which wasn’t great but acceptable as we were next to each other. When the food came which we had burnt burger buns for two orders and tomatoes on a pizzas which we asked for NO tomatoes, the fish was over cooked and greasy all in all not a great experience"

"First time eating at Giraffe post-lockdown and took my daughter for a post shopping treat. Food and service were both pretty good the spicy calamari starter was particularly tasty!! Only downside was the automatic addition of 10% service charge into the bill slightly detracted from the experience overall."
