"If I could give it a zero I would. To start off, the price we paid for the evening food was ridiculous when seeing the food quality. The rice was hard, food was cold, and no dessert hardly on shelves. The stir fry section is cross contaminated. I’m vegetarian and I asked the guy to use a different scraper or wash it and he did not listen. Which is poor. Chocolate foundation was off with a bit of chocolate in a bowel. We have been various times which was ok but never again. We complained to staff and management who just laughed it off, bad customer service, don’t know how to deal with complaints and just care about making money. The quality was poor. Staff could hardly talk and didn’t offer any sort of discount back. They manager decided to say that we’re telling him as we’re leaving but the plates were left on the table and only 1 person ate a small amount of broccoli. Management are pathetic and will not be returning."
