"The service is still hit and mostly miss. It often feels that the very young staff are there on a work experience without their heart being in it. Good selection and rotation of beers, although availability could be improved. Leaving the 'tip ' open on the credit card machine after already charging a service charge is a no no. Bring the old Italian staff and menu back."
