"Called restaurant to book table on the night and was amazed to see it full on arrival no empty tables at all. Hand sanitizer on table by door hardly used by patrons. Staff face masks NO Staff disposable gloves YES Reduced...table capacity NO Asked for contact number e-mail address NO Plastic screens NO If this is how eating out in August from Mon-Wed is going to be then I would rather pay full price and eat out at the weekend....at least there would be less chance of catching Covid-19!!! It has been a while since we have eaten here but feel the standard is definitely lower. No salad with samosas and onion bhaji dishes and poppadoms stale. Ordinary prawns in King Prawn dish and less chicken in the other dish....mainly sauce!!! Will be interesting to see what the owners response will be and whether improvements will be made going forward. I have eaten out quite a few times at different places and this was the worst establishment for social distancing."

"Took going to the front desk twice to get the tv fixed in the room. Initially they sent in housekeeping to try to fix it, then a gentleman around the front desk came in and reset the channels. Waited roughly 4-5 hours. Beds are a little hard, but I am used to memory foam, so may be good for people used to a conventional mattress. Shower is amazingly hot and perfect with a shower head that actually has pressure. Breakfast is great, lots of choices, and very good orange juice. Overall, perfect location for us and easy to get to from London via coach. Rooms: Little small, but efficient for needs. Walkability: Easy to get to from coach, restaurant/pub nearby, and convenient mart in walking distance. Food drinks: Room service available, breakfast with juices and coffee."

"Googled closest Indian restaurant to Manchester Airport as were were picking relatives up. The Cinnamon Tree came out nearest. Booked a table online. Was very pleased with the food which was lovely. Good sized portions. Thought it was quite expensive though compared to our local Indian restaurant which is in a nicer setting and has nicer decor. The Cinnamon Tree would benefit from an update particularly the upstairs toiled facilities. Nice friendly Staff however and would go again if the occasion arose."

"We visited this restaurant to inquire about booking rooms for our upcoming wedding in Higham. It was by far the best hotel chain we came across. The hotel has been recently remodeled, it is very clean and..."

"they can see from the reviews that this restaurant is highly regarded and its call is justified. I confess to being disturbed when I found out it is part of the imperial, but my fears were allied. service was friendly, efficient and helpful. I can not comment a lot from the menu as my partner and I had the same dishes, but we enjoyed the freshly cooked fish that had exactly the right amount of seasoned and fresh crumble. I was resurrected when the waiter informed us that they would run out of monkfish, but they could replace them with white fish. at least this meant that it was not a frozen microshaft meal. another soothing aspekt is the menu itself. usually overlong in Indian restaurants. means that none of them is fresh. the menu here is diverse, but realistic. why not 5 stars. now the decor is a little more extinct and the only memory that they are imperial."

"6x adults, 1x 1 year old descended here 01.02.20 to celebrate a birthday and we had a fabulous time. Saturday night and the place was buzzing always a good sign when visiting somewhere you’d not been before. Staff were great, service was a little...slow in places but everything we ordered was correct and delivered with a smile and always checked if all was well. Spot on, great food, nice place overall and would not hesitate to travel past many other restaurants just to get here. Well done to the owners and staff food great, drinks reasonably priced, and we all came away feeling like our custom was appreciated ."

"well located for many Glasgow locations such as the garage or the cca. on Saturday around 18.00 clock with a friend immersed. you simply managed a pre-theater menu that is very good. a buffet was available as well as a la carte. second time here good restaurant, beautiful personal and decor. herren room decor is surely entertaining! mixed pakora was quite small (4 pieces) and when asked, we only got 2 pappadum between us. kingfisher bier was excellent they also have tennents design and many flake and spirituosen. the pre-theater was simple but good. we both had an excellent huh tikka masala not too creamy and still with a beautiful kick from the tikka. will definitely be back soon"

"We were a little disappointed in the menu offered. Having looked on line at the sample menu the actual menu offerings were more limited and not quite in the same standard. There was nothing wrong with the food service, it was perfectly acceptable but not quite what the on line sample menu suggested. Having visited the restaurant before, albeit a while ago, it seemed that things had been down graded both in terms of food and surroundings."

"The curry was edible but far from enjoyable. The chicken in the burger was made from two dry pieces of reformed meat covered in breadcrumbs, served alongside what can only be described as a meager portion of overcooked fries. It was a terrible main course. For dessert, we chose cheesecakes, hoping that even a frozen version would suffice since we were both hungry. Unfortunately, we were mistaken; they were unappetizing, and we left them behind uneaten. While the staff was friendly and polite, which we appreciate, it felt like the Holiday Inn was focused on providing low-quality, cost-effective food. This experience tarnished what should have been a special gift and a much-needed escape from work. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"This restaurant serves the best Indian food in London by far. I am really pleased that our concierge recommended this place. The dishes were very fresh and flavorful, yet surprisingly light."
