"Stopped here on the way home from central London after a day of celebrating a birthday. We wanted some live music and we were not disappointed! Fantastic band and we ordered some small plates to fill our stomachs. Great vibes, great food and lovely service. It's been fab since the refurbishment and change of hands."

"Great pub good menu with lots of variety. Lovely big kids play area and covered outdoor area. Nice walks nearby plenty of space to park. We went as a big group of adults and kids and were well looked after. Kids get a colouring pack which were well received and used. A lovely relaxing Saturday afternoon well spent."

"my plate with steak and chips on it was cold, so I asked the waitress to ask the kitchen on a hot plate. I saw the waitress go to the kitchen, but I never saw her again until I had finished my meal except that I left the half of the cold chips. I asked for the bill and to talk to the manager who came and told me that the kitchen was cleaned and the heating was switched off so that they were not in the position to supply a hot plate."
