"The serving time was very long. The six of us had reserved a seat and waited for more than an hour from ordering to being served. The food did not taste very good! ! ! After the main meal, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for dessert! ! ! Very poor service attitude! ! ! For a small matter like checking out, the waiter just gives us the bill and ignores us? "My wife and I ate here after going to the movies. We were able to walk in and be seated during the Saturday lunch rush, which was lucky (it was pretty busy, so others may not have the same luck). Even though it's a chain restaurant, we were both quite impressed by the quality of the food as it was tasty. You get a good amount of food for your money too. The regular coffee was also very generous. Wait staff were unobtrusive but helpful and didn't keep us waiting too long at any stage of our meal. Overall, a good experience."
