"Well done Kingston. You now have an avant-garde restaurant to sit alongside your artisan coffee shops. I had my meal being oblivious to the terms use which annoyed me later. I would have taken pictures. Clearly they are not going into battle first so I must have missed advancing art at play. Maybe the cutlery was a little to the left? Does adding on a prentitious title to the restaurant name make the food better? And why french? The main had a take away feel to it. It was heavy and bland. Very very bland. The sauce had decided it was actually a soup. The texture of the chicken was unusual. Despite being hungry I found half was enough and fell back onto the breads which seemed ok. Service lacked any warmth whatsoever. As I see another reviewer pointing out, I ate in an empty restaurant and felt a bit unwelcome. It was a very quick meal for that reason. Not sure the huge shop front windows with every passing bus staring in at me helped. Maybe Kingston isn 't quite ready for avant-garde just yet? Nor am I."
