"the service was accommodating and always had an eye on whether our water glasses need to be refilled. before we started with the actual 5-course menu, there was a delicious greeting from the kitchen of the definitiw hunger on more. with the menu we started with cauliflower/Couscous/Mandel/Weintrauben Onion soup/Knafeh/Topinambur/Haselnüsse both was tastefully and visually super served, with a respective declaration from the service staff what we find on our tellers. the combination of the above mentioned ingredients was perfect with a wobble soup for my well-known and a grazing lamb/aubergine/artichoke/Tahina. little manko, however, was that the lamb was a bit too salty. as the next course there was the duck/feige/Hafer/Sellerie/Kaffee chocolate the duck was perfectly cooked. so delicate that it is already melted on the bottom. the supplements were tastefully well matched to the duck. while the coffee chocolate was in a combination with the sauce and was therefore an ideal companion to the desiccated, a small manko could be seen in the duck. here as well as the subsequent lamb, unfortunately, the plates were somewhat warmer than handwarm, which unfortunately took the necessary temperature for the food. next came the lamb/chicken/red beet/drumb also here the meat was perfectly cooked. the inlays were all matched to the lamb, and with their slightly acidic taste brought the meat to the ground. the appropriate sauce was perfumed with rose. as desert there were yogurt/pistazie/salt lemon/sumac manjari/creuz cumin/black sesame/banana both dessert were tastefully simply brilliant. alone the salt lemon and the black sesame banana egg were a real bringer at their respective desserts. all in all I have long been eating so well, and recommend the glass to friends and family more"
