"Great service and food. Always happy to go back as food is always tasty. If you like fishy dishes Risotto Pescatore is highly recommended. Calamari with the dip for a starter is also very good! "However, we did experience some issues with service timing. Our second pitcher of margaritas took over 20 minutes to arrive, leaving us with little time to enjoy them before heading to the movie. This was particularly disappointing, as the restaurant wasn't crowded at the time. As the others rushed to get the movie tickets, I ended up paying the bill, which took an additional 10 minutes to process. This made me late for the film, which was frustrating and detracted from the overall experience. On a positive note, the manager kindly removed the second pitcher from our bill without mentioning it, which was a nice gesture since we hadn’t consumed much of it. I don’t want to come off as overly critical of the staff, as they were all very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps just a bit more efficiency could enhance the experience?"

"My husband and I visit here fairly regularly with our 2 year old daughter and we always really enjoy it. On our latest visit we did have quite a wait for our mains as we were informed there was a new chef taking over in the kitchen. We didn't mind too.much as we were happy chatting and could see it was quite busy and our server (who I think may have been a manager) was apologetic and waived the cost of our daughters meal as a good will gesture which was very kind. When the food arrived it was perfect so no complaints there! We have been many times already and will be back again."

"I am a regular, but will not return. I thought I would try her brunch menu there were 6 of us. service was shocking, not attentive, spent the majority of her time in the bar in the deep talk. ordered pancakes (2 of them) and they were like naanbrot. when we complained, they said they were doing them thick .. that we pointed out that it was difficult to cut them with a knife and fork. they took off the pancakes at the end. my friends ordered a sausage as extra, but they came to see not in the least appetit. there are much better places to brunch."

"It was our first family visit at the restaurant chain and we loved it. The atmosphere at this branch is lovely, with a very calm and well designed look. The team were all lovely and service was great! We just wanted to highlight Davari and Ash who were with us throughout our experience at the restaurant and helped us within the time we were there, assisting with little requests and all with a great smile. Kelly and Gavin were also so friendly and aided with making the tricky part of ordering our food via the app a much easier process. Thank you so much guys! Will definitely visit again!"

"When we arrived at the restaurant, I dropped off my friends and went to park my car. Upon my return, I learned that they had been informed that we couldn't be accommodated because the restaurant was shutting down permanently at the end of the night, and there were limited food options available. I was quite frustrated! We decided to leave and went to another nearby restaurant instead. The next day, since I couldn't use my vouchers, I applied for a refund. I only received back 50% of their value, and I have since appealed this decision, as I was unable to use them at the time I had booked due to circumstances beyond my control. While I know there are other Chiquito locations, none are close to us. I have dined at Chiquito in Croydon numerous times and have taken friends and family there, but I was very disappointed by how the closure was handled. Had I been given notice about their impending closure, I would have certainly made arrangements to visit one of their other locations."

"When we arrived, we couldn't find our booking. Luckily the restaurant was not busy and our party of 7 we were almost immediately sitting thanks to the manager. while pleasant our waitress was noticeable due to their absentness during the meal. additional drinks and additional foods were requested by other employees as they were over. Eat excellent, although we find that the portions shrink with each one we make. instead of expensive if they have a discount voucher or code (which we have). the entire ambiente is quite bad at this visit. Unfortunately, the latest news seems that this is still a different restaurant chain in difficult financial terms, which affects personal moral badly. this is a scandal, as we love eating and if the service it would tip not the staple prices."

"Absolutely appalling. Took 40 mins to get two coffees. There were people queuing up to complain that items were missing from their orders. The people serving just had no idea. It got so bad they had to look through every order to check what was inside and still forgot to give people things like drinks. Some people ordered ages after us and got their order before us. Abysmal service. Worst ever."

"Had a lovely meal here with my family. Lovely food at reasonable prices. Staff sat us down observing distancing and restrictions on at present. Food quickly arrived and was lovely and hot. Non spicy for me as i have sensitive pallet and like bland stuff but family love all the hot stuff. Food was tasty and moist. Bottomless drinks and bottomless ice cream are a must... yummy. X Toilets clean and well kept and checked regularly . Loads of parking on a timed basis so dont spend hours gabbing or a meal here then cinema or you may get caught out . X"

"Went here for the first time recently, absolutely love how customisable and affordable everything is. The vegan cheese isn’t the best and sort of gets lost at times, but you still get a nice creamy taste. The vegan fried chicken is good too. "The staff is very friendly at this restaurant and they are attentive to customers' needs. The food was well-prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. We were impressed by how quickly our food arrived when we mentioned we were very hungry. However, the dessert we ordered, the Mexican mezcal, was described to have celestial nectar and earthberry yogurt, but these elements were missing from the dessert we received. It also should have been served in a cinnamon tortilla basket, but there was no cinnamon present. The waitress apologized for this and removed the dessert from our bill. It was strange that the kitchen left so much out of one dish, perhaps due to a new cook. However, the waitstaff was pleasant and accommodating. Overall, the dining experience was fantastic for the price."

"I used to love this place and decided to order a South of the border Pizza which was my all time favourite. Delivery came on time to my hotel but I was sorely disappointed with the pizza. Huge pieces of green and red peppers, and quite bland. The s.o.t.b. of old was spicy and had jalapenos to knock your socks off. The so called meaty parts were tasteless and all in all a very disappointing pizza. Come on Snappy, get a grip and get back to the old recipe cos this one ain't right."

"we arrived shortly before 18 o'clock in the restaurant for the table we had booked at 18 o'clock for the birthday of my friends. the door was closed and a guy sitting on the podium simply cried out that it did not open until 6:30 o'clock. I tried to understand if there was another one when they book an earlier dinner, but he just went: "I am the security guard, not the manager." what obviously my question did not answer, I was very confused. so we were turned away in the middle of the covent garden on a Saturday evening to find another restaurant to go and celebrate the birthday of my friend. what counted 10 times worse when I received an email from opentable (which I booked through the table) to say that roadhouse had reported me as "no show". I showed I wanted to eat and drink cocktails there, but I was crazy! I wasn't impressed to say the least."
