There were a few instances during food service where the bar was unattended, leaving guests waiting for drinks while food was being served or barrels were being changed. I had to use my phone for music, which would have been fine if I had known in advance so I could have prepared playlists to avoid guests taking over the music selection. At the end of the night, some employees felt the closing was rushed, and I would have expected a better gin selection for a place called the Gin Parlour (only two options available).
Despite these issues, they can be easily addressed, and I would definitely book this place again for a business networking event. Florencia is a valuable asset to this pub."
