"the staff in this hotel was nice, but the service was slow and chaotic. the sandwiches were beautiful, but the scenes and the terrace were so sweet that we left most of them. the children hardly ate anything except the 50g included pick and mix. the rest was too sick for them. we have been the full 15% service fee despite long waiting times and more constant hates for the dinges that were missed by the table. I wouldn't recommend sadly."
