"I booked this as a celebration for my mums birthday. We arrived early to have a drink in the bar, which was all good. We went over to the restaurant in time for our booked time of 7.30pm only to be told that there was no record of my booking. The young woman who first dealt with us seemed a little phased by the situation and one of our party asked to speak to her supervisor. Another young woman arrived to deal with the situation. She remained deadpan whilst informing us that there was nothing that could be done and that we could come back 2 hours later. My mum is diabetic, so this was not an option. We were not offered any sort of compensation so we left to dine elsewhere. Needless to say, this put a damper on the celebrations and we won't be returning to Tiger Tiger."

"Really nice healthy eating café in Chelsea with plenty of vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free options. Really fresh ingredients and high quality ingredients and tasty sauces. Well worth the price over salads from other chains Pret etc). On this visit we had a Good Life Salad £11.75) and a Chicken Man Bowl. Both were delicious. The Kale in the Good Life Salad was the tastiest crispiest fresh kale I’ve tasted. My husband had a delicious coffee and I had one of their fresh juice The Lucky 7 which is beetroot based and super-tasty. The venue is good and more seating than the Marylebone branch and lighter and brighter) and wasn’t too busy when we visited mid-afternoon on a Monday. There is also some seating outside on the pavement of Sloane Avenue. Really like their menu and as a healthy eating vegetarian this is one of my favourite lunch places in London. Only disappointment was the brownie which was nice tasting but very dry. It had clearly been cooked too long/or been on the shelf for too long. I spoke to the staff and it was noted re the quality and they gave us a refund as the other one they had was similar."

"I work 5 minutes away from here and go here on a regular basis but not anymore! Friday morning I made a phone order for a HALAL BREAKFAST when I got back to my office and opened up the foil container under my egg I could see a slight piece of something which I lifted the egg, there was BACON underneath!!!!!!! I was disgusted and very disappointed, when I called the cafe to confront them of this, the man apologised saying he had 2 orders and he gave me the wrong one. I said its 's not good enough, he said it had been busy. He didn 't seem too concerned by what had happened and was giggling whilst talking to me. He sent someone over to collect the order off me and gave me the correct one but i have lost my trust in the cafe and i am very disheartened by what has happened. I will not be going there again. YOU HAVE LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER!"

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

I came with 9 other friends at 23 o'clock this evening with prepaid tickets. the bouncer at the door required ids, although most people in the waitsnake did not show their ids and bouncer did not get on the board. "Came with big family party for my birthday. Extremely disappointed, starters were ok but all came at different times, had to ask a waitress where one was as everyone else had finished theirs and she just looked absolutely clueless as to why we were talking to her. New waiter didn’t even know what dishes he was bringing out and looked at us to answer for him, fair enough he’s new but come on, train your staff the basics. Didn’t get free bottle of wine even though we ordered tapas. One blonde girl walking around just playing with her hair and we didn’t understand the point in her being there, she didn’t do a thing all night, she just looked like she’d got lost. We didn’t get asked if we wanted a drink the whole night, had to keep asking where our mains were, an hour and 45 minutes later they arrived and my ‘jerk’ chicken burger was so bad, the bread sopping wet and falling to bits and the chicken was just plain chicken breast with none of the **** cut off it and slightly seasoned. the ‘manager’ said this was cause the chef had put ‘loads of sauce on it’ but there was no sauce at all, bone dry chicken, didn’t put any spicy sauce in like I asked and when I requested it they brought me a squeezey bottle to do it myself. Cajun chips came plain and when we told them they just sprinkled some Cajun seasoning just on the top, meat was all fatty and sparse on the bbq combo dish, boneless chicken wings were just chicken tenders!!?? The ribs had no meat on at all literally just bone, curry was cold and plain with no flavour to it at all. Everything bang average, staff unbelievably immature, very badly trained with no customer service skills or communication skills. The managers response when we told him all this was ‘I can only apologise’ so we had to request for money to be knocked off our bill, which they did- fair enough but we had to really push for this. Feels like they hire very young staff and don’t bother training them. Honestly a very, very poor experience and would never go back or recommend to anyone. Don’t ignore the bad reviews they’re all very accurate. The only member of staff I appreciated tonight was the girl with the dark hair who first took our order, she was the only one with any customer service skill or any sense."

"We arrived at 8 pm for our reservation, but were told that we would have to wait a long time for a table if we didn't sit by the window. We ended up sitting by the door and had a constant draft. Despite seeing empty tables, we were told we couldn't move. When our food arrived, our chips and bread were missing, so we had to ask for them. Additionally, we were surprised to see a service fee added to our bill that we were not aware of. We will not be returning to this restaurant."

"I was in a hen night. pre booked a karaoke stand, which was our first time absolutely amazing, although a little expensive 1 hour was not really long enough. Perhaps the pricing could be considered to look at the size of the club that is available space, in sure they could fit a few more stands in as they were extremely popular. club itself was good, not too busy, for a Saturday night. helpful employees good security. lift for various etagens. had a very pleasant time. bar waiter service good. good toilet facilities were clean everywhere. worth a visit."
