"Went on a busy Saturday and they had issues from the off with their systems and finding our booking. Soon after, there was an issue with their kitchen tickets and our food order took an hour to bring half of our order, then the rest followed in parts over the next 45 mins. We were only meant to have the table for 1hr45min so they extended our time due to the delay. It wasn't too bad but they were very apologetic and gave us free shots. We also had a mix up on a couple of the drinks ordering on the app, one drink should've been marked unavailable but it wasn't so we'd bought one and after were told they didn't have all of the ingredients. It was no issue, they just swapped it for another drink. They did also then give us a free round of drinks and an extra drink for the drink which was in place of a cocktail they'd made which wasn't the one we ordered. Due to all of the mix ups, the manager ordered us a round of drinks on the house which was lovely but we weren't at all unhappy. The food was delicious we can recommend the paella!! The drinks were lovely I'd recommend an espresso rumtini! The night itself was great and the most important part was spending it together, not stuck in the house!!"
