"Booked to go with my son (2 males) and asked if I was Pauline. We were sat down and left for 15 minutes. Finally we ordered our Korean BBQ, when it turned up it was all gristle and fat and completely inedible. We had to ask how this works as nobody told us about the hot plates, how to use it, be careful, absolutely nothing. We each cooked one piece of meat and spat it out as it was just off cuts you wouldn't feed a dog. I politely asked to order something different and gave everything back 7nyouches apart from the 2 small thin pieces of meat. Staff member said that he could order more food but he'd have to charge for the 2 bbq meals. I had to say that this was completely unfair to charge for something so inedible. The food that came after was just really papering over the cracks. Only eat a little. It was terrible, far too loud and the service was pretty poor. Still tipped them as they made us feel like we were complaining over nothing. I never vo.plain but this was pretty horrendous. We went in to the west end for food instead. Don't go!"
