"we went to the restaurant at the right time and we were told that there was no reservation on our name. when we showed them the e-mail we had, they told us that there is nothing they can do, as all the tables are already occupied and we have to go somewhere else. there have been no statements/adjustments and I think it is very unprofessional. we couldn't eat there, but the restaurant still signed us on an open table."
