"I feel compelled to write this review about my very strange experience at this restaurant. I was given pork dumplings instead of the vegetarian starters I ordered. My soup never arrived, and after asking three times, they finally admitted that the order was never placed. I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for my soup to be served. The service was painfully slow, whether due to understaffing or an indifferent attitude, I couldn't say. Some of the staff were patronizing and did not fulfill our requests promptly. After 2 and a half hours, we finally finished our meal and complained to the manager about the poor service. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager blamed a trainee and publicly reprimanded her, saying she would be fired because of our complaint. This treatment of the trainee was the main reason I felt compelled to write this review. In terms of the food, I found it to be on the sweeter side compared to other Thai restaurants. However, I did enjoy their papaya salad and tom yum soup, despite the long wait."
