"We had ordered Galletto crocante and looked forward to a crispy chicken with crispy rosemary spices and egg sponges. The whole dish was poured over with a brown sauce that had the taste of a frying sauce cube dissolved in hot water. The Poulet was anything but crispy and only barely fried. The few baby potatoes and the egg sponges under the poulet were drowned by the sauce, so the whole dish had the same roast sauce cube taste. The Bordeaux wine from Margaux, which is supposed to be a fine food, tasted best for us. Friendly greetings Francis and Rita Martin"
