"We had been loyally coming here probably every few months from 2012 until 2019, recommending it to friends and family but on my 30th birthday in 2019, they served my 6 year old son raw chicken nuggets. They had no ice and served warm drinks, were unapologetic and blamed it on the fact that it was the day after a bank holiday. We decided to give it another try tonight but I'm sad to say, were left underwhelmed. Our starters were delicious but the poppadoms were stale, the main courses bland and the onion bhajis fell apart. The service was ok but the waiters appeared to be inexperienced and a bit awkward. It took a while for our order to be taken and it wasn't even at half capacity at 8.30 on a Saturday night and I think that speaks for itself. The toilets also need some TLC. It is a shame as this used to be, in our opinion, the best Indian in town but upon walking home, Paprika was full and we'll carry on going there instead. Please invest if you can, you have a prime spot and it is such a shame to see it going downhill."
