"The restaurant service we received was probably one of the worst I have ever experienced! We arrived at 8 and shortly after our waitress took our order, but forgot to put it through. We waited for an hour without any drinks or starters! When our order was finally put through, our starters and mains came out at the same time after 45 minutes, with not enough room on the table. The waitress also forgot to take our dessert order at the beginning, and after our mains, she informed us that two desserts on the set menu were sold out. It took an additional 20 minutes to sort out the dessert situation. When we were ready to pay, she took one card payment and then started taking another table's payment, leaving us waiting to pay the rest. The whole experience was unprofessional and disorganized. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone I know. The food was average, and I could have gone to another tapas place with better quality food. We also witnessed the waitress making mistakes with orders at the table next to us, which put us in an irritated mood."
