"I bought a beef wrap at 11 O' Clock and when I got home and started to eat it I was nearly sick. The beef wasn't rare it was raw! I took it back to the store and all the manager wanted to do was argue about it. As far as I was concerned the wrap was disgusting and completely inedible. I'm very disappointed with the attitude of the manager and with the quality of the food. A simple refund and an apology would have done the trick. Rudeness to a customer isn't what I expected."
