"We went for a dinner and left disappointed. We ordered oysters, a starter and a main dish, a bottle of wine and everything arrived within one go. We finished the oysters and as soon as we ate last oyster, the ceviche was served, my partner wasn’t even ready when they took the plates of the ceviche when the main course was served. We arrived after 7pm and the main course was served within 45 minutes. They tried to persuade us to order the dessert but we insisted we first finish our bottle of wine which wasn’t even half finished. Trying to sell a table twice an evening is of course something one needs to do to survive in the restaurant business but serving dinner within 55 minutes and then adding a 15% service charge and a cover charge of 2£ each on top of a bill of 200£ is just a disgrace!"
